The VA denies many claims that could have been approved with stronger evidence or a clearer connection to service. If your claim was denied, or rated lower than your condition warrants, you may still have options to appeal, refile, or file for an increase.
A denial does not always mean a claim was invalid. Often it means something in the evidence, documentation, or connection to service was not clearly established.
